Hali Williams leads the Women's Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) Breakaway Roping standings with $69,375 in regular-season earnings. This total places her $37,375 ahead of second-place Taylor Munsell. Williams' lead is 117% over Munsell.

Williams has secured two wins this year. She has entered one event and placed at that single event. Her best single-run time this season stands at 2.6 seconds. Williams is currently positioned inside the top 15 NFR cut line.

Williams credits her faith after her second career RODEOHOUSTON win. She acknowledged the pressure from other competitors. "I knew with Taylor being behind me and Rylee George has been on a heater and you never want Macy Young behind you at Houston because you know Macy Young is rank," Williams said. She stated her focus in an interview. "I try not to look at the standings or see where anyone else is," Williams said. "I’m trying to act like I’m still 93rd in the world and win the most money possible and set records."

Williams’ earliest memory of a rodeo was in Houston. Hali Williams is the daughter of eight-time PRCA World Champion and ProRodeo Hall of Famer Speed Williams. Her mother is Jennifer, and she has a brother, Gabe. Williams took online classes through Ignite Christian Academy to finish her high school studies.

The professional rodeo season continues its summer run. This weekend features eight rodeos. Following the early June calendar, the Reno Rodeo leads into the Cowboy Christmas week around July 4. These events include Prescott, Greeley, St Paul, and Red Lodge. Cheyenne Frontier Days is scheduled for late July. The PRCA season concludes on September 30. The Wrangler NFR is held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.
