Buckin' Rodeo is committed to making its site usable by everyone. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the baseline.

What we do

• Semantic HTML (proper heading hierarchy, article / nav / main landmarks).
• Alt text on every meaningful image, decorative images marked role="presentation".
• Color contrast verified against WCAG AA thresholds on all primary text.
• Keyboard navigation supported throughout; visible focus indicators.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion on all animations.
• Transcripts on every podcast episode and captions on every video we host.
• Text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Where we're still improving

Third-party embedded content (Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook video) renders per the platform's own accessibility. We are tracking known gaps in the standings table's screen-reader experience and plan to ship a structured-data alternative by Q3.

How to report a barrier

If you encounter something on buckinrodeo.com that prevents you from accessing content, please email accessibility@buckinrodeo.com with:

• The URL of the page.
• A description of the barrier.
• Your assistive technology, if applicable.

We respond within three business days and fix validated issues within fifteen business days for critical blockers, thirty for lower-severity.
